We strive to provide timely and professional service but do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or immediate scheduling availability at all times.

We are not liable for delays or interruptions caused by weather conditions, material shortages, carrier outages, third-party providers, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the preceding 12 months.
